Exchange Period:

Products return must be initiated to us within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.


Condition of Items:

Returned items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.


No Refunds:

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only exchanges are permitted.

Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.


Defective or Damaged Items:

If the product arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 3 days. We will arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
